You need servicing and/or repairing of your car or light truck by appointment. And you want it at a particular time. This form is one way we can do it for you and it can replace the need to "call ahead" during our "open hours".  (e.g. you can initiate an appointment after we are closed for the day!!) But there are some simple requirements for it to be fair and "workable" for both parties:

  1. We need, at a minimum, a valid name, email address and phone number in the form below so we can contact you by phone at a "good" time for you and/or email you to confirm the appointment and discuss your need.
  2. The more information you give us in the form below the faster your visit will be because we will be able to use that information to enter into our computer database to make an initial estimate for your appointment time, requested service(s) and/or repair(s) BEFORE you come into our shop.  That will speed things up for you quite a bit. 

If you do that for us, here's what we promise you in return:

  1. The repair will be professionally performed by an ASE certified technician and fully guaranteed.  Warranty's vary depending on the type of service and/or repair.  Please ask about the particular warranty's for your particular service(s) and/or repair(s) when we phone you to confirm your service or repair need and appointment.
  2. We'll follow up with you only once to confirm what your needs might be and also to determine a mutually available appointment time.
  3. The personal information you give us on the form below is completely safe with us. We have a passionate belief in privacy, and we will never use your information for any other purpose other than following up with you regarding your appointments, services and/or repairs and further ongoing service(s) and/or repair(s).

PLEASE NOTE: On line emailed appointment requests for the same day that you make them using the form below may not be available.  Please make on-line emailed appointment requests for next day or later.  To check for same day appointment availability, please phone 563-391-9888.
